the AI coding world moves faster than any beat in tech — new models monthly, new agents weekly, pricing changes overnight — and most of the coverage is either investor-brained or press-release stenography. nobody was covering it for the people actually living in it: the founders, designers, students, and lapsed engineers building real things by describing them.
so that's what we do. we report the news that matters and skip the rest. we review the tools by shipping with them. and we publish the field guides we wish someone had handed us — around the clock, because this industry doesn't keep office hours and neither do we.
